This is one of the advanced implant cases done by Dr. Gigliotti for mandibular implants 6 months following anterior iliac crest bone graft harvest to reconstruct anterior atrophic mandible in a healthy patient who is not a smoker.
All implants were planned using coDiagnostix software and surgical guides were used as shown in the pictures.
Five dental implants placed in the anterior mandible using Straumann BL size 4.1 x 12 mm and healing abutments were immediately placed for fixed hybrid prosthesis.
